A new report from an analyst “Ming-Chi Kuo” revealed new details about the iPhone 14 series that came through Apple suppliers, as suppliers began preparing front camera configurations, and Sony is one of the suppliers and is already one of Apple's partners.
The lenses will be supplied by Genius and Largan, while the new focus model will offer both Alps and Luxshare, and in front-facing camera configurations, Cowell and LG Innotek will offer camera-specific configurations.
The partnership between Apple and LG Innotek is one of the new partnerships, as reports confirm that Apple decided to exclude some Chinese supplier companies due to quality problems.
Also, according to the report of the analyst “Kuo”, the iPhone 14 series will launch with a significant upgrade in the front camera, as it comes with an automatic adjustment system to improve the quality of photography and video recording.
The report also shows that the other upgrade will come in the camera lenses that come with 6 parts, which is higher than the current one, which includes only 5 parts.
On the other hand, expectations indicate that the front camera in a series comes with a large f/1.9 lens slot, as these are the biggest changes since Apple launched the iPhone 11 series, which came for the first time with a 12-megapixel camera and f/2.2 lens slot.
It is also expected that the iPhone 14 Pro phones will get a higher upgrade, in addition to the expected upgrade in the front camera, the Pro phones get special features, as the main sensor comes in the 48-megapixel rear camera, and supports 8K video recording.
While the main versions of the iPhone 14 series come with sensors in the 12-megapixel rear camera, with wide lenses and ultra-wide lenses.
